Distribution:
Approximately 1,100 m; exposed in vicinity of M'Clintock Inlet.

Locality Data:
Thickness(m): Minimum 1100, Maximum 1300.

Lithology:
Dolostone, with minor silty dolostone and dolomitic siltstone. Rarely fossiliferous.

Relationship:
Overlies M'Clintock Formation, underlies Taconite River Formation; both contacts conformable.
