Lithology:
Thinly bedded limestone at base overlain by thinly bedded organic-rich shale.
Fossils:
Pseudogygites hudsoni (Ludvigsen, 1979).
Relationship:
Conformably underlain by the Bad Cache Rapids or the Amadjuak formations. Conformably overlain by Churchill River or Akpatok formations.
